What to Expect: Our Health & Safety Plan

We look forward to seeing you in person at ACE Academy 2022 Nashville. We are excited to welcome our Institute community back to Nashville to meet new colleagues, celebrate old ones and develop new skills and strategies to better serve private wealth clients.

The Investments & Wealth Institute's priority is keeping everyone safe. Our team is committed to creating an event experience where attendees, exhibitors, partners, and employees can safely come together. The conference will remain both in-person and on-demand. This year’s ACE Academy 2022 has been planned with your health and safety in mind. We are working closely with the hotels, the Music City Center, and federal, state, and local authorities to stay in accordance with COVID-19 advice and guidelines.

We understand that decisions of health and risk are personal. If your preference of attending in person has changed since you first registered, you may change your registration to on-demand. Simply:

      1.      Log into your Institute dashboard here
      2.      Select My Conferences from the left navigation.
      3.      Select Manage Registration.
      4.      Select how you will attend.
      5.      Select the Add To Cart button. ~ Note: This does not add anything to your cart – it just updates your record and will send you back to the manage registration page.

We are committed to implementing conscious and intentional measures to, in addition to combat COVID-19, promote healthy best practices. Here's what to expect if attending in person:

      • Extra Safety Checks: Before the doors open, the venue and hotel staff will work hard to ensure the venue is safe, clean, and ready for our Institute community.
      • Low Contact Registration: When you arrive, please come and pick up your registration packet which will include your credentials, lanyard, on-demand login, and a personal hand sanitizer.

REMINDER: If you do not want to attend in person and do not want to transfer your registration to an on-demand virtual attendance, please reach out to our conferences team to transfer your registration to one of our future conferences at no additional cost or for a refund. To contact conferences, email conferences@i-w.org.
