The Opportunity in Gender Diversity: What Women Can Bring to Your Firm

The demographics are clear. Women are gaining control of ever greater levels of investable assets—and the trend is predicted to continue. With women’s power and influence expanding in both business and the culture at large, this is a key time to understand and pursue the opportunities created by increasing gender diversity across the financial services industry. The opportunity in gender diversity covers not just the rationale behind diversity in advisory firms but key steps needed to begin increasing women’s perspectives and participation in business. By shining a light on diversity best practices, this one-hour session helps firms evolve to meet a changing culture.

Participants will leave the session understanding:
• The demographic imperative behind the need for gender diversity
• The business benefits of true diversity
• Steps to create a culture of inclusion that fosters diversity
• How to attract and nurture women advisors

What has been a male-dominated industry is slowly becoming more female, more diverse. Working to build a more inclusive culture can bring you new opportunities to grow a firm that reflects and serves your clients—now and in the future.
