Glen Franklin has more than 30 years of diverse experience in insurance, banking, and consumer finance. He has had senior leadership roles with globally recognized brands including Harley-Davidson, Citi, and Visa. His expertise encompasses product management and development, and marketing research. He is currently director of customer research at Jackson, where he designs research studies to investigate financial and retirement planning issues from both advisor and investor perspectives. The methodologies include a range of qualitative and quantitative approaches to identify latent and explicit preferences, attitudes, and needs for advisors in their practices and investors as they engage financial professionals. The research is focused on product development, customer experience management, marketing communications effectiveness, and thought leadership content. Mr. Franklin represents Jackson on the Insured Retirement Institute’s Retirement Research Committee and is also a member of the Project Oversight Group for the Society of Actuaries Generations Survey. He earned a BA in political science from the University of Rochester.
