The Investments & Wealth Institute's priority is keeping everyone safe. Our team is committed to creating an event experience where attendees, exhibitors, partners, and employees can safely come together. The conference will be offered both in-person and on-demand. This year’s Investments & Wealth Forum – NYC has been planned with your health and safety in mind. We are working closely with the Marriott Marquis, and federal, state, and local authorities to stay in accordance with COVID-19 advice and guidelines.
If your preference for attending in person has changed since you first registered, you may change your registration to on-demand.

You can request to cancel or transfer a conference registration. The registration fee less a $50 cancellation/transfer fee will be refunded for requests received by November 8, 2022. A 30-percent cancellation fee will be applied for cancellations between November 9 and November 21, 2022. The Investments & Wealth Institute is unable to provide refunds or transfer registration fees to another event after November 21, 2022. However, you will have access to all recorded sessions through June 5, 2023.
Simply email conference@i-w.org to change your registration. Cancellations for conference registration must be received in writing. Please send cancellation requests to conferences@i-w.org. There are no refunds for no-shows. You will receive an email from the Institute conference team confirming the receipt of your request; if you do not receive an email with this confirmation within 24 business hours of your request to cancel, please call us at 303-770-3377.
We are committed to implementing conscious and intentional measures to, in addition to combat COVID-19, promote healthy best practices. Here's what to expect if attending in person:
Safety Checks: Before the doors open, the venue and hotel staff will work hard to ensure the venue is safe, clean, and ready for our Institute community.
Registration: When you arrive, please come to registration and pick up your credentials, lanyard, on-demand login, and a personal hand sanitizer.
