The Investments & Wealth Institute's priority is committed to keeping you safe. We are working closely with the Omni King Edward, government, and local authorities to stay in accordance with local advice and guidelines.

Is proof of a COVID-19 vaccination required to be shown prior to entry to an Institute event?

Proof of vaccination will not be required. We encourage all participants to follow state and federal guidelines with respect to COVID.

 

Do I need to have my temperature checked upon entry?

We will not be conducting temperature checks at the event. If you feel sick, we ask that you do not travel to this event, and you can access the on-demand conference instead.

 

What if I become sick at the conference?

If you become sick on-site, you are requested to remain in your hotel room and contact our team at conferences@i-w.org. We will work in concert with the hotel to direct the participant toward appropriate medical care.

Before You Arrive

Complete a self-assessment, and verify you are symptom-free. If you feel sick, you are asked not to travel to the event. In the event you are unable to attend, you will have access to the on-demand conference. If traveling to Canada, you must use ArriveCAN to provide mandatory travel and public health information before and after your entry into Canada. Click here for additional details and instructions.

If traveling by air, check if your airline requires any health information, testing, or other documents.

We have an open line of communication in place with our event partners and are continuing to track the current guidelines with health officials. Before the doors open, the hotel staff will work hard to ensure the venue is safe, clean, and ready for our Institute community!

At this time, the event and partner hotels are not requiring masks for guests or attendees. Employees are still wearing masks.

What is the cancellation policy for Investments & Wealth Forum - Toronto?

To provide you with assurances of your plans to attend future in-person Institute events, we have made several arrangements to give you peace of mind. In the event you must cancel, there are several ways we may accommodate you.

If your preference for attending in person has changed since you first registered, you may change your registration to on-demand, for the same amount of CE credits. 

OR

You can request to cancel or transfer a conference registration. The registration fee less a $50 cancellation/transfer fee will be refunded for requests received by September 12, 2022. A 30-percent cancellation fee will be applied for cancellations between September 13 and September 26, 2022. The Investments & Wealth Institute is unable to provide refunds or transfer registration fees to another event after September 26, 2022. However, you will have access to all recorded sessions through April 7, 2023.

Cancellations for conference registration must be received in writing. Please send cancellation requests to conferences@i-w.org. There are no refunds for no-shows. You will receive an email from the Institute conference team confirming the receipt of your request; if you do not receive an email with this confirmation within 24 business hours of your request to cancel, please call us at 303-770-3377.

 

How many continuing education (CE) credits could I earn by attending Investments & Wealth Forum - Toronto?

In-Person: Attendees may earn up to 7.5 premier, audit-proof continuing education credits (pending approval).

Attendees of the Investments & Wealth Forum - New York City event will receive complimentary access to the on-demand recordings.

On-Demand: Attendees may earn up to 7.5 premier, audit-proof continuing education credits (pending approval).
