Part 1: Legacy Essentials - Empathy
Recent research has shown that many potential clients have trouble finding a financial professional they can trust. Empathic communication skills are critical to building enduring client trust and expanding your sphere of influence. This presentation will look at the science of empathy and how it can help you become a trusted professional who clients and their families will look to for guidance for years to come.

Part 2: Legacy Essentials - Aging with Dignity
One thing every financial professional has in common is an aging client base. Aging can lead to enormous challenges for clients, their families, and the financial professionals who serve them. Helping clients prepare for these challenges through a combination of empathetic communication skills and sound financial planning strategies presents an opportunity for you to deepen your relationships with your clients and their families. Join us as we explore your role in helping your clients age with dignity and grace.

Part 3: Legacy Essentials - Wealth Transfer
As Baby Boomers age, a huge intergenerational transfer of wealth is beginning to take shape. Yet recent research suggests that many affluent clients will not choose to work with their parents’ financial professional. Proactively working with both your clients and their beneficiaries to create thoughtful, effective, and tax-efficient wealth transfer plans is critical to protecting your practice. Join us as we explore your unique role in helping your clients leave a legacy that reflects their values and meets their most important goals.
