Liz Lindsay-Ochoa, CPWA®, JD, LLM Private Wealth Strategist, Raymond James
Elizabeth Lindsay-Ochoa joined Raymond James in 2021 as a private wealth strategist. With more than two decades of experience, Lindsay-Ochoa specializes in estate, charitable and income tax planning. Her expertise has led to speaking engagements with the Association of Fundraising Professionals International Conference on Fundraising, the American Bar Association (ABA) Real Property, Trust and Estate Law (RPTE) Section, the ABA Tax Section and the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting.
Lindsay-Ochoa has been featured in publications like Tax News Quarterly, Probate and Property and National Underwriter. She has been quoted in news outlets, including U.S. News & World Report, MSN and Bankrate. Lindsay-Ochoa has held several leadership roles within the RPTE Section. She is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), where she is part of the editorial board for the STEP Journal. Lindsay-Ochoa holds law licenses for multiple states, including Michigan, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Colorado (inactive).
Lindsay-Ochoa earned her BA in telecommunications from Michigan State University. She went on to earn her JD from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School and later obtained an LLM in taxation from the University of Denver.
