Telling the Impact Story of a Client Portfolio

This session highlights how to engage and/or deepen relationships with HNW and institutional clients through the use of sustainable investing. Topics, such as how to use impact questionnaires in the discovery process and client philanthropic activity to build impact "personas", customize investments to match, and how to leverage the latest technologies to report the impact of a portfolio in real-world terms, will be addressed. Speakers will use anecdotal stories around engagement and corporate behavior to help clients connect with their investments and ultimately, their advisor, in a deeper and more personal way, resulting in asset gathering and prospecting opportunities.
