We look forward to seeing you in person at Wealth Advisor Forum. We are excited to welcome our Institute community back to Chicago to meet new colleagues, celebrate old ones and develop new skills and strategies to better serve private wealth clients.
The Investments & Wealth Institute's priority is keeping everyone safe. Our team is committed to creating an event experience where attendees, exhibitors, partners, and employees can safely come together. The Wealth Advisor Forum conference will remain both in-person and on-demand/virtual. This year’s Wealth Advisor Forum has been planned with your health and safety in mind. We are working closely with the Swissôtel and federal, state, and local authorities to stay in accordance with COVID-191 advice and guidelines.
We understand that decisions of health and risk are personal. If your preference of attending in person has changed since you first registered, you may change your registration to on-demand. Simply:
We are committed to implementing conscious and intentional measures to, in addition to combatting COVID-19, promote healthy best practices. Here's what to expect if attending in person:
REMINDER: If you do not want to attend in person and do not want to transfer your registration to an on-demand virtual attendance, please reach out to our conferences team by the close of business on Tuesday, September 7th, to transfer your registration to one of our future conferences at no additional cost or for a refund. To contact conferences, email email@example.com.
Below we have aggregated current state and local health measures in place, and how you too will play a role in moving the Institute community forward safely.
1. The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic and is contagious. COVID-19 can cause serious and potentially life-threatening illnesses and even death. The Institute has taken and will continue to take all reasonable precautions to prevent against the presence and spread of the disease but cannot and does not guarantee against exposure; and therefore, in choosing to attend the Wealth Advisor Forum attendees acknowledge that they are assuming a risk that you may be exposing yourself to COVID-19 and its potential health risks.
Before You Arrive
Complete a self-assessment, and verify are you symptom-free. If you feel sick, you are asked not to travel to the event. In the event you are unable to attend, you will have access to the on-demand conference.
You can refer to the CDC’s COVID-19 Self-Checker reference guide for any questions on symptoms by clicking here.
If traveling by air, check if your airline requires any health information, testing, or other documents.
