Is proof of a COVID-19 vaccination required to be shown prior to entry to an Institute event?

Proof of vaccination will not be required and we encourage all participants to follow state and federal guidelines with respect to COVID.

 

What if I become sick at the conference?

If you become sick on-site, you are requested to remain in your hotel room and contact our team at conferences@i-w.org. We will work in concert with the hotel to direct the participant toward appropriate medical care.

What is the cancellation policy for Investments & Wealth Forum–New York City?

To provide you with assurances of your plans to attend future in-person Institute events, we have made several arrangements to give you peace of mind. In the event you must cancel, there are several ways we may accommodate you.

If your preference of attending in person has changed since you first registered, you may change your registration to on-demand. 

OR

If you do not want to attend in person and do not want to transfer your registration to an on-demand virtual attendance, you may choose one of the following options:

    • Transfer your registration to another IWI event.
    • You can request to cancel or transfer a conference registration. The registration fee less a $50 cancellation/transfer fee will be refunded for requests received by November 8, 2022. A 30-percent cancellation fee will be applied for cancellations between November 9 and November 21, 2022. The Investments & Wealth Institute is unable to provide refunds or transfer registration fees to another event after November 21, 2022. However, you will have access to all recorded sessions through June 5, 2023. 

Simply email conference@i-w.org to change your registration.

Cancellations for conference registration must be received in writing. Please send cancellation requests to conferences@i-w.org. There are no refunds for no-shows. You will receive an email from the Institute conference team confirming the receipt of your request; if you do not receive an email with this confirmation within 24 business hours of your request to cancel, please call us at 303-770-3377.

When will I have access to the Investments & Wealth Forum–New York City event platform? 

All in-person registrants will be provided with custom login credentials and instructions by the Institute on Monday, November 28.

How many continuing education (CE) credits could I earn by attending Investments & Wealth Forum–New York City?

In-Person: Attendees may earn up to 28.5 premier, audit-proof continuing education credits (pending approval).

Attendees of the Investments & Wealth Forum - New York City will receive complimentary access to the on-demand recordings.

On-Demand: Attendees may earn up to 22.5 premier, audit-proof continuing education credits (pending approval).

In-person Attendees:

November 28: Conference platform opens for in-person registrants with access to attendees, exhibitor information, and networking profiles. 
November 29–December 1: Investments & Wealth Forum–New York City is live, in person. 
December 7: All sessions held in person will be recorded and available on the conference platform/”my online learning center” for on-demand viewing. 
December 7–June 5: All sessions will be available in your “my online learning center” through your IWI member dashboard.

On-demand Attendees:

December 7:  Access opens for on-demand attendees. On-Demand sessions available for all attendees to view for CE credit. 
November 29–December 1: Investments & Wealth Forum–New York City is live, in person.
